Biography
Hi! In the early nineties, bands like Guns’n’Roses and Metallica inspired me to start making music, especially playing guitar. I joined a local death metal band, releasing one demo and appearing on a South American compilation. Around 1994, Jungle and Drum’n’Bass caught my ear, and I began deejaying at raves across the Frankfurt/Mannheim area. In 2001, I released a track on Santorin Records under SYSTEM KILLAZ with JAY ROME and G-Smoke and held a DJ residency in Frankfurt with my friend MAD VIBES.
By 2004, my enthusiasm for DnB faded, and I returned to guitar. After a year in New Zealand, I joined punk band Scheisse Minnelli, recording an album and touring Europe and the US with acts like Pennywise, NOFX, and Jello Biafra.
Working at a Frankfurt record company led me back to production in 2015, initially selling commissioned music, later founding CRACKHOUSE LO-FI for instrumental hip-hop/boombap. In 2022, I rediscovered my roots as DUBWILDER, returning to Jungle and DnB.
I favor a bold, minimal sound with dark, dub-influenced textures. I mainly produce ITB but use analog gear like a delay pedal, spring reverb or an odd synth
My track “Pigs,” a collaboration with MAD VIBES, was released on Basswerk Records in 2023. My debut artist release "Socks EP" is now available through T3K Recordings.
